Private Chef
Bring the luxury of a world-class restaurant to your own home. We cater from multi-course tasting menus to family style meals as well as cocktail parties. With experience in multicultural cuisines, there is a wide and exciting variety that can be prepared. Our speciality is tailor-made menus according to your tastes and desires. All you need to do is sit back, relax and have a great time, as we offer the full spread, from buying ingredients, pairing the best wine, serving the best food and even doing the clean-up afterward.
Cooking Demos
Get together with a couple of friends and some wine for a cooking demonstration at your home: An excellent way to entertain and learn about food in a relaxed atmosphere!

About Me
Sharing a little bit of my culinary journey and love for food with you. But have so much more to share with a cooking demo or a private experience in the comfort of your home.
My story
My love and passion for food started from a young age, watching Keith Floyd, Anthony Worrall Thompson, Marco Pierre White and others on Carlton Food Network.
After school I moved to Ireland to seek a position as a trainee chef, but lack of experience precluded this. My dream and passion for food did not diminish and I returned to South Africa to work at Madikwe Hills, gaining valuable experience and fuelling my desire to become an expert of the culinary arts.
I enrolled at Silwood Kitchen for three years, working at Mount Nelson, Terroir Restaurant and Ellerman House. After my exposure to these fine establishments, I vowed never to work for anything less than 5 star institutions. Yet I decided on a years sojourn on the Mediterranean yachts, exposing me the different cultures and cuisines.
I returned to South Africa and joined the team at Royal Malewane Private Game Lodge, where I hosted various celebrities and ultra high-worth families as private chef at the villas. I was offered a host of positions, but a life-changing opportunity came from India, which took me away from my country for nine years.
India proved to be a wonderful chance to study the various eastern cuisines. I travelled frequently and fell in love with the food and the people.
My children were born in India and I started to yearn back to my country with its vast open spaces when compared to the city life in Mumbai.
My next goal is to share all the amazing food, tastes and styles that I have experienced and cooked over the years, whether it’s a family style dinner or a elaborate tasting menu.
